Resumen

Esta investigación muestra la evaluación de la interfaz Pre-registro por medio del Sistema de Escala de Usabilidad (SUS) para elevar la calidad de la interfaz. Se analizaron diez ítems considerando una muestra de 191 estudiantes que utilizan la interfaz. Entre los resultados y hallazgos se encontró que solo 2 requieren atención y verificación, respuestas que fueron denominadas “de acuerdo” y son los siguientes: ítem 1 “Creo que me gustaría utilizar esta interfaz con frecuencia” y el ítem 9 “Me sentí muy seguro usando la interfaz”, por lo que se llega a la conclusión de que con un promedio de 42% se está en ok que es lo mínimo aceptable, aplicando un alfa de Cronbach se obtuvo una varianza total de 0.802 por lo tanto se tiene una interfaz con mayor fiabilidad. Por la complejidad de los resultados es recomendable aplicar más de un método de evaluación de la interfaz de usuario como ejemplo el Sistema de experiencia del usuario (UX).

This research shows the evaluation of the Pre-registration interface through the Usability Scale System (SUS) to raise the quality of the interface. Ten items were analyzed considering a sample of 191 students who use the interface. Among the results and findings, it was found that only 2 require attention and verification, responses that were called “agree” and are the following: item 1 “I think I would like to use this interface frequently” and item 9 “I felt very safe.” using the interface", so the conclusion is reached that with an average of 42% it is ok, which is the minimum acceptable, applying a Cronbach's alpha, a total variance of 0.802 was obtained, therefore we have an interface with greater reliability. Due to the complexity of the results, it is advisable to apply more than one user interface evaluation method, such as the User Experience System (UX).
